Refunds and Returns

RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refunds.  Any return request must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, however, we can’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

Please contact us before returning a product. You will be given the return address that is the closest to your location.

REFUNDS

We refund all orders that are faulty without the need of returns. Just contact us to ask for your refund and tell us the reason.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Refunds tend to be issued right away.

The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the User upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered.
