Basic essentials of sliding
Part I
Before starting training yourself, find a place or a wall with railings and slide along the wall or railing for at least 10 minutes, which helps glider find a feeling, it is to know how to rotate the free scooter and make it under your control.
Part II
Step 1:
Make sure your posture is goofy or regular. Tilt the free scooter to the ground, stay away from you, place the rear foot on the pedal, point slightly outward, and step sole of the foot on the center of the pedal.
Step 2:
The forefoot uses the same method to lower the pedal to make the scooter stable, so it can keep balance when standing still.
Step 3:
Press the center of gravity on the back foot and slide out. Then move the center of gravity to the front foot quickly and step back pedal to smooth at the same time. The inner point foot and the outer point foot slide alternately to gain momentum. See the foot picture and upper body exercise.
Step 4:
Before sliding out, keep your arms open and keep balance. (See step 3).
Step 5:
Keep your arms stretched out, twist your upper body outward, and turn your toes outward.
Step 6:
Keep your arms straight and twist your upper body. Therefore, guide arm and body also walk inward at the inner point of both toes.
